Who the service is for
Velixnet is an in-development private messaging project and public website. Access may be limited, incomplete, interrupted, or changed without notice while the service is being tested and improved.
Terms of use
These terms set expectations for a small public test, not a polished production platform.
By using the Velixnet website or early testing service, you agree to these basic terms as of July 26, 2026.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or service to break the law, harass others, interfere with service availability, overload the system, probe for unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, automate abusive signups, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
Accounts
If you create a Velixnet account, you are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping your credentials and devices reasonably secure. Velixnet may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that appear abusive, unsafe, or incompatible with the testing stage.
Service changes
Velixnet may add, remove, pause, reset, or redesign features, accounts, message queues, and access rules at any time. Data formats, retention rules, and workflows may change as the project develops.
No guarantee
The service is provided on an as-available and as-tested basis. Velixnet does not promise uninterrupted access, guaranteed delivery, guaranteed retention, guaranteed compatibility, or fitness for any particular purpose.
High-risk and emergency use
Do not use Velixnet for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, regulated records, or situations where message delay, message loss, account lockout, or service interruption could cause harm.
Liability limit
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Velixnet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or testing service. Nothing on this page is meant to exclude liability where the law does not allow exclusion.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also subject to the Velixnet privacy notice, which explains the current handling of contact, account, delivery, and related service data.
Updates to these terms
Velixnet may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version posted on this site.
